 Thashena Adderley, a native of the beautiful Turks and Caicos Islands, obtained primary and secondary education from local schools and migrated to the Bahamas to complete studies in Business. Ms. Adderley has worked in the tourism industry in roles such as front office and concierge management. She has an accredited certificate in accounting and joined the real estate industry in 1995 as a property manager with Prestigious Properties and gradually progressed into the sales side of the business. In 2007, she joined the Tropical Paradise Realty team and became a member of the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association (TCREA). In 2010, she expanded her career and experience by working with Scotiabank as a Home Financing Specialist and in 2011, obtained her certificate from TCREA as a licensed real estate agent. Ms. Adderley resumed her career in real estate sales in 2012. With her extensive knowledge of these islands, years of experience in real estate industry, attention to detail, enthusiasm and personable nature you are guaranteed service with pride and passion.

Andrelle was raised in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Island, and Completed her secondary and Tertiary Education in New York. She started her career as a Registered Professional Nurse

and worked in several specialties. Andrelle love for real estate started from watching shows on HGTV such as the property brothers, etc, after 14 years in the medical field, Andrelle decided to dive into real estate as a sale agent. Andrelle brings her love for working and helping people achieve their goals in acquiring real estate. Andrelle loves to read, travel and spent time with her family in her spare time.

Surbrena is unique as evidenced by the spelling of her name. She was born in the Bahamas to a father who is a Forbes from Middle Caicos and a mother from The Bight, Turks and Caicos Islands. She grew up in Miami where she graduated from high school with Honors. She started as a legal secretary at the Child Support Department of the State Attorney’s Office and was subsequently promoted to Division Chief secretary in circuit court. She then completed a nursing degree and worked as a registered nurse on the cardiac floor at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.

Being an “island girl” to the core, Surbrena moved back to the Bahamas where she met and married her soul mate, an excellent building contractor, who sparked a passion in her for land development and building construction. With her consciousness for the sustainability of the environment, she believes in incorporating green technology and sustainable materials within building construction. She moved to her ancestral country, The Turks and Caicos Islands 17 years ago and is employed as an infection control nurse at the Turks and Caicos Islands Hospital. She enjoys growing food in her backyard garden and caring for her chickens, dogs, and cats. She is a former Toastmasters president and a professional with attention to detail. Her motto is “Always do things the right way”.
